Dave attended UMD and participated on the men's lacrosse team from 1965-1968. He then attended UMBC in 1980 where he received his masters degree in education. Dave has been a science teacher, coach, and athletic director for many years in the Baltimore City School district. Additionally, Dave has coached many years in youth, club, and collegiate programs. He has been recognized as an NCAA National Champion, NJCAA Coach of the Year ‘87, and president of the NJCAA National Coaches Association. Dave is married to Kathy for 54 year, has 3 children, and 6 grandchildren.

Tom has been involved in the game of lacrosse for over 30 years. As a player he grew up playing goalie on Long Island for Commack High School. Post High School Tom played lacrosse for SUNY Farmingdale and Fairfield University. Post Fairfield University Tom continued his education and earned a Masters Degree in Education, Tom has been a public school teacher for the past 20 years. Coach Tom has coached at the NCAA (McDaniel College), NJCAA (Howard CC), HS (Northport, Commack, Liberty and Marriotts Ridge), Club (Zingos) and Rec levels (Freedom Rec Lacrosse). For the past 7 years Tom has coached high school girls lacrosse, 2 years as the JV Coach at Marriotts Ridge High School and 5 Years as the Varsity Head Coach at Liberty High School. Tom's team at Liberty High School has won 3 consecutive 1A State Championships (2021, 2022 & 2023). Tom has earned Maryland NFHS girls lacrosse coach of the year in 2021. In 2023 Tom earned Baltimore Banner Coach of the year and the Baltimore Sun honored him as the Co-Coach of the year. Tom has been selected in 2022 and USA Lacrosse Metro lacrosse coach, and 2023 American Select Coach.

Coach Senisi began playing lacrosse as a child growing up in Massapequa, New York. While playing for St. John the Baptist, Coach Senisi was recognized two-times as an all Long Island Defenseman.  He then continued playing both lacrosse and football at Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts. At Dean College, Senisi was selected as the first ever two sports captain.  As the recipient of the Male Athlete of the Year at Dean College, he was also honored as an All-American Defenseman and was inducted into  the Dean College Hall of Fame.  Upon completion at Dean College, he played in the North-South All-Star game at Johns Hopkins University. He continued his collegiate lacrosse career at Salisbury University. Upon graduating from Salisbury University, Senisi began a teaching and coaching career in Howard County, Maryland.  In 1999, he began coaching at Centennial High School.  In 2005, he moved to Marriotts Ridge High School where he was the Defensive Coordinator, coaching the team to its first regional championship and first final four state appearance.  In 2008, Senisi returned to Centennial High School serving as the Defensive Coordinator.  In his first year returning to Centennial, he coached the team to the state championship game.  In the summer of 2011, Coach Senisi was selected as the Howard Community College Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach.  In his first year at HCC, he took his team to the regional XX championship.  The HCC Dragons completed their season ranked 6th in the country.  In his second year, the team played in the semi-final regional XX game and finished their season ranked 7th in the country.  Several of Coach Senisi’s players have continued their lacrosse careers at Division I, II, and III colleges and universities across the country.  He has also coached several all star and showcase lacrosse games, most notably, the Under Armor Junior College All-American Game in Towson.  In addition to his coaching credentials, Senisi has organized and developed several lacrosse camps throughout Maryland.   Coach is also a two time US Lacrosse coach of the year.

Coach Logan is a local boy who graduated from Marriotts Ridge HS. While at Marriotts Ridge he led the Mustangs as the captain to a state championship in 2028. Coach Logan also excelled in the classroom and served as a positive role model for the younger players. He continued his lacrosse at Susquehanna University class of 2022, was the teams captain and school’s Valedictorian. Coach Logan is an analyst at Valuation Research Corporation during the day, Lacrosse coach for Zingos 2026s Black and 2029s at night

We are excited that Coach Conway will be returning to Zingos lacrosse as a coach for our 2027 black team. Additionally, he completed his 3rd season as head coach of the Howard boys’ lacrosse program this year. Howard has had 75 players named to the All-County team and 3 players named Howard County player of the year during his time on staff. In 2023, Howard finished the season 12-5, advancing to the 3A East Regional Final. In 2019, Howard won the 4A North regional title and advanced to the state final for the 4th time in 6 years eventually falling 9-6.  Over the years, Coach Conway’s roles have included running the substitution box, implementing rides/clears, coordinating the offense/extra man units, and implementing off-season player development.

Prior to coaching with the Howard Lacrosse Program, Coach Conway served as an assistant coach on the Varsity team at Glenelg High School, which won the 2A/1A state title in 2011.  Coach Conway played at Glenelg High School, while there he was named All-County for his performance on the field.  He played his collegiate ball at Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.

David Starks is currently our Zingos 2027 black coach. He has many years of experience coaching, mentoring and playing the sport of lacrosse.  Coach Starks has coached at many local high schools including River Hill High School, Wilde Lake High School Boys, and Ft. Meade Senior High School.  Coach Stark has also been involved with Roughriders, Howard County Hero's Lacrosse Coach, Little Abner's Men's Lacrosse Club Player, but has now found his home with Zingos Lacrosse Club. He excels at motivating players to be the best they can be as well as keeping the big picture in mind while developing young men in the sport of lacrosse.

Coach Paul is a true asset to Zingos lacrosse. He has been coaching youth sports, including lacrosse, for over 30 years. He has served in many roles from U9 to the high school level while with Zingos lacrosse  Coach Paul relates and communicates extremely well with players and parents. He played lacrosse in Garden City, NY and continued his lacrosse career on various clubs through college. Coach Paul is also a well known lawyer for the Semmes, Attorneys at Law Firm.

Coach Flemming is going into his sixth year with Zingos. He is entering year thirty as an English teacher and coach with Carroll County Public Schools. He was named the head coach at Westminster High School for Varsity Boys Lacrosse, heading into the 2023-2024 school year. He was previously the head coach at Gerstell Academy and prior to that at Liberty High School. In his ten years at Liberty, he guided the Lions to three consecutive State Semifinals and one State Runner-up finish. He was named the 2014 and 2016 USA Lacrosse Coach of the Year for Carroll County, as well as the 2016 Carroll County Times Coach of the Year for Boys Lacrosse. Coach Flemming is a long-time offensive coordinator but loves coaching all aspects of the game.

Coach Flemming has a long history of coaching Varsity high school athletics in both wrestling and football as well. Recently, he was inducted as a coach into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, with the Lifetime Service to Wrestling Award.

Coach Flemming played his high school lacrosse as a defenseman for Coach Ted Hainey at Germantown Academy and his college lacrosse at Western Maryland College under Coach Keith Reitenbach. He continues to play for the Blarney Lacrosse Club. 

Coach Flemming resides in Westminster, MD, with his wife Melanie, and has four children:

Samantha, Emerald, Stevie, and Michael. His youngest, Michael or “Trey,” is a current player on the 2027 Blue Team.

Johan Ulloa grew up in northern New Jersey where he played lacrosse at Seton Hall Prep, one the state's most dominant programs. He played club lacrosse at Loyola University Maryland where he was a two year captain. He continued playing post college for Baltimore Lacrosse Club. He has coached for numerous lacrosse programs including Friends Academy, Freedom Rec, HC Lax, Crease, and Zingos. He has also coached basketball, soccer, judo, and jiu jitsu. Coach Ulloa is a reservist in the United States Coast Guard and leads business development for a large energy company. He resides in Ellicott City with his wife, four children, and three dogs.

Kyle is a newcomer to Zingos, but not to the sports of lacrosse. He played lacrosse and graduated from Mount St Mary’s with a degree in economics in 2022.  Currently enrolled in an MBA program and playing lacrosse at Lander University. Kyle breaks skills down and relates extremely well to all players and families.

Coach Jeremy holds the Centennial High School records for career points, single season points, and career assists. He was a 2x first team All-County, 1x Second Team All-County, and a member of the Howard County First Team All-Decade. Coach Jeremy attended Mt. St. Mary’s University and was selected to the MAAC Academic All-Conference. While out the Mount, he started in the midfield and was 5th on team in points, and 3rd on team in assists 2023. Coach Jeremy stresses the importance of doing the little things that make you a better player.

Coach Kevin is a strong leader, role model and communicator for our Zingos 2029 team. He was a starter for the 2014 Baltimore Under Armour All American Underclass championship team, 4-year starter and captain on defense at Washington College. While at Washington College, he was named Second Team All-Conference (2019), Honorable Mention (2017), and USILA Scholar All-American in 2019. Coach Wilson is also the current defensive coordinator at Centennial High School Defensive Coordinator.

Coach Tom attended and played lacrosse at Greensboro College. He was named to the All-Conference Selection team as an LSM from 2018-2021. Coach Tom accumulated a total of 111 ground balls, 67 caused turnovers, and played in 65 games (started 57) while attending Greensboro. He continued his lacrosse college career at Stevenson University and was a significant contributor to the defense. Coach Tom is currently the River Hill High School Varsity Defensive Coordinator.

Born and raised in Maryland, Frank was first introduced to lacrosse at a young age while visiting family in Long Island, NY during summer vacations. Growing up in Frederick County, Maryland, public schools in the area had yet to recognize or offer lacrosse as a legitimate school sport. It was not until Frankentered high school that he officially began playing. He played all (4) years as a standout midfielder on the Frederick High Club Lacrosse team. Playing against other local clubs in the early years of the Western Maryland Youth Lacrosse Conference (WMYLC). His coaches during this time had a profound and lasting effect on how he viewed the game, its history, and its culture. Their influence is what inspired Frank to pursue his interest in coaching. Returning to coach his old Frederick High Club Lacrosse team, in its final years, just before their inaugural season as an official high school sport. Jumping ahead several years;

Frank again picked up coaching once his oldest son entered kindergarten and showed an interest in playing. Coaching at the recreational level, from (2012-2017), for LOUYAA – TRIBE, which are feeders for Linganore, Oakdale and Urbana area youth, Frank developed players and assembled teams which competed at the highest level every year in the same conference (WMYLC) he played in as a youth. Frank has a proven track record for developing youth players and preparing them to play at higher levels (90% of the REC players he coached are now playing for highly competitive club teams in/around the greater metropolitan area, all of them play on their respective Varsity HS teams, and others are entering/playing at the collegiate level). In addition to REC lacrosse, Frank has simultaneously held head coaching positions with highly competitive local clubs such as Team Maryland LC (2016-2018), 3d- Maryland (2018-2020) and presently with Zingos LC (2020-Present). In the winter months Frank also

 coaches the fundamentals of true box lacrosse for Crease Lacrosse at both the youth and HS levels. Frank is a true student of the game and is dedicated to teaching lacrosse fundamentals and advanced techniques in a positive and inspirational manor.

Coach Plank grew up in the Howard County area starting his lacrosse career at Centennial High School. While at Centennial he was part of a Regional Championship team his junior year, and County, Regional, and State Championship team his senior year. During his senior year he was selected on the first team all-county, first team all-state and chosen as a high school All American. He was also selected by county coaches as Howard County player of the year. Coach Plank continued playing collegiately at McDaniel College. He now resides in the Carroll County area with his wife Christy, son Wyatt, who is part of the 2030 Zingos team, and daughter Allison.

Alex excels when he is providing high quality face off instruction to our players. He is a master of the skill and communicates the detailed points that gives Zingos players the advantage on faceoffs. Alex is a two time UA All American who won 62% of face-offs freshman year. He was nominated as the American East Men’s Lacrosse Rookie of the Week. Alex is an outstanding student athlete with a 4.0 GPA Freshman Year and was nominated as Student Athlete of the Month in 2023.
